I think so...I do not think that the fact that wife will be a resident PR is relevant to his PR status and requirement to be resident. :eek:

Best of luck, I agree with all of your points. I should add that violent bullying has always been a problem here, the same as anywhere else. The school district PR machine just does a very good job...
