Believe I understand what you're saying.Only if I were to become a citizen of Switzerland would it be possible for me to move around in the EU? That would make sense.

Turns out that France does have a E1& E2 treaty with the States.Spoke to a head official at a french consulate today and was given exact information on how to proceed.Even provided with an...
