Really sorry to hear your news, can't beleive they've refused you PR on those grounds. So do they think you are lying? I would ask the experts' opinion on this, I really hope you can sort it out...

We're thinking of Kelowna now so will be visiting during this trip to have a good look round. Are you planning to settle in Vancouver area or further afield in BC?

You don't need proof of funds for spousal sponsorship, I asked this question on the immigration forum - have a look at my posts and you should be able to find it.

Yes I'll be landing then & coming back to the UK while we sell the house (oh and have a baby too, how could I forget lol!) We're flying Air Canada - had lots of air miles so that's helped...

Woohoo!! Had a note from postman yesterday saying they'd tried to deliver special delivery package - didn't want to get my hopes up but hubby picked it up for me this morning and yep it's my visa!!...

Not sure why it won't work for you, but you can find the forms on the CIC website under 'Forms and Publications'. Its forms B4 and B4a. You have to list what you're bringing into Canada, both now...

I didn't enclose that letter either, just the same things that you have. Re what to do when we get there, I think you tell them at passport control that you're landing and they'll point...

From other people's experience on here being asking to pay ROLF is a good sign, looks like they're getting ready to issue PPR once you get that paperwork in.
