An update from us (Sydney Australia office). We got a request on 11 May for a letter stating that my partner is not including his 18 year old son. I'm hoping it's the last thing they ask for.

Not London, but an update from Australia. Sponsorship approval came on 9 September and our application was sent to Sydney. I got an email from the Sydney office today saying that they have updated...

You will need to prove 12 months of living together as a couple before you can apply for common law. I think 3 months for processing is a bit optomistic but I'm sure stranger things have happened.

While it's not London, we got an email this morning with the AOS. However, it says the application was received on 11 August, so it took three weeks to tell us. Oh well, at least we know it's in...

Thank you. We assumed that because he's working full-time that he'd not be a dependent. New form 8 coming up :)

Our application was delivered to CIC Mississauga today. 😊 Now the stress of did we include enough begins.
