Pretty sure there's only one terminal at Keflavik, although it does have separate Schengen and non-Schengen zones.

I actually had a 3 1/2hr layover at Keflavik on my way back from Edinburgh to San...

Iirc food options at Keflavik airport were limited and expensive. I know I was glad I stocked up at a supermarket in Edinburgh before my flight.

Keflavik Airport is a shambles. Way too many people for the available facilities to cope with.
