Check out the reviews on here... Norwegian actually gets a higher overall rating than does BA. If you want an airline that truly has abysmal service, look no further than WOW air:

I flew economy from Oakland to Gatwick on a Norwegian 787. I thought it was much more comfortable than the flight I took on a BA 777 on the same route. Check where the reviews that talk about cramped...

I've flown with both Norwegian and BA on this route in the last year and much preferred Norwegian.
