All I can say is don't rush it. You will know when its time, and take it slow even if it takes a few months in total.

It took about 6 months in total for me to come off Venlafaxine, but it was the last 3 weeks where the effects were really bad, seemed once I got below a certain dose, the effects worsened then slowly...

I agree with you on the medications. I did okay starting antidepressants, but coming off them was another story, and not having time off during that time led to me not having a job at all today....

I think part of the issue is they didn't even give her a reason as far as I can tell, which they could do.

I agree based on the information provided.

I was fired from a job in 2011 because I needed time off for mental health treatment, and I will never tell an employer again.

Today is the annual Bell Let's Talk in regards to mental health, and while there are 2 sides to every story, Bell isn't sharing their side but from the one side being shared it certainly doesn't look...
