Yeah, probably were lying as means of deflection. I think as part of settlement they had to reduce their brewing temperatures.

I think it turned out that the actual restaurant had made the coffee higher temperature than their brewing temperature range (whether by 'human error' or faulty machine). I think it surfaced that...
