SOX: a good enough reason not to work for an American PLC.

..but then again...it does creat good working habits.

Please don't take this the wrong way...but I would have thought as a management accountant you would know that exchange rate has nothing to do with what you need to earn when you move to Oz....

If Oz recruitment agents are anything like in the UK, you'll probably find that these jobs advertised don't exist and are just a means to get more candidates on their books.
