Dripping taps. The tap in our kitchen has been fixed lots of time, including replacing the taps etc, and it stays fixed for a few days and then starts dripping again.

The old principal of my kids elementary school used to refer to the children as 'the kiddos'. So bloody annoying, every school event we used to count how many times she said kiddos instead of listen...

Can openers! Why can't they open the whole way around the can, or at least most of the way around!! I think I've gone through 4 in the last couple of years, they either don't work or the fall apart.

My sister brought me them from England (we don't have an Ikea near us) a couple of years ago. None of mine have broken and I keep my stash safe in a drawer in the kitchen.

Disappearing pens, where the hell do they all go, and then when you do find one it runs out of ink as soon as you start trying to write something with it :frown:

I was thinking specifically of my MIL to be honest. She never answers her cell phone, but will answer the house phone which also has caller ID on, so at least I know she's not ignoring me.

I feel like that too. When I first go into a room, especially when coming into the house at night, I like to put the main over head light on, not too much to ask is it?
