Also try changing what you eat ie instead of cereal have a fruit smoothie. Sometimes your body also gets used to what you are eating.

Woo Hoo. I got weighed on Thursday night and I am now officialy healthy and a gold member. I think I'll loose a bit more though but I am soooo happy. We had a chinese to celebrate!

Porridge, wheatabix basically an cereal that doesn't have sugar in it is a great way to start the day. Just remember that if you are going to add fruit to your cereal you are better to use fresh...

Here are the promised before and now photo's - well the now photo's actually at new year so a few pounds lighter now. The dress I'm wearing is my first size 12 :D

I make huge pots of 0 point soup and snack on it during the day. Make the stock from stock cubes and chuck loads of veg in (not potato's). They tend to need a bit more seasoning and some garlic but...
