one thing i think we ( that is the UK ) are particularly poor at is sorting out these problems
as you say (even with the small number of people that have replied) there's a common theme emerging ...

thats because scum breed scum and its been happening since the eighties jobs were scarce then and a certain section of our society found that it didnt really have to work,...

i personally think we are breeding a
"dont give a f**k about anyone" society in the UK
and again its only my opinion i believe that he heart of it lies at a total lack
of respect for your elders...
