We're on our second agent already, they all say the same - its big its nicely decorated it will sell quick yada yada yada :( but as yet no joy.

Know how you feel Drew, it might be sunny but the market is dead, our house in Hindley hasn't sold after nearly 10 mths and we're a long way off moving to Canada.
