When was the last time you were back? If you are in the city and it's anything like leeds it will a load of pound shops where proper shops used to be.

I lived near leeds for a bit. I liked the proximity to the dales - lots of open spaces and little villages called things like blubberhouses.

Your example is about the police stats, not the BSC. Sure there are margins of error, but don't make the same mistake as hs8.

They do a survey - do you even know how these things work? Obviously they don't just ask the victims of crime if they've experienced a crime as that would mean the BCS survey would be 100% every...
