My wife names all of our lambs and can't be with me when I take them to be slaughtered. She does, however, eat them once they have been returned. Make of that what you will.

We raise our own lambs and, after doing so, our slaughterhouse informed us that lots of people near us raise them and sell them too. We had no idea as trying to find lamb around here is like trying...

Find a local slaughterhouse and ask them to prepare it exactly as you like it. Rural towns seem to have them.
