Dominion (Superstore where you are) had fresh Australian lamb short legs and boneless legs joints on for a reasonablish price today. Not sure exactly how much per lb but price was enough to think...

I've been doing Sobeys a disservice. Found today that NZ leg of lamb is, indeed, being sold at $4.99/lb. So bought the very last one to cook over the Christmas period.

Yes, but (& I think I've posted about this before), how does one process an entire frozen lamb so you can eat it in portions? Thaw the thing out in which case you have to eat it all straight away or...

Looks like it's not available here - certainly not in the local flyer. Shame that.
Fresh NZ lamb was $9.99/lb in Costco last week so $4.99 would be a veritable bargain.
