The Marks and Spencer prawn sandwich business is entirely supported by the Newfoundland coldwater shrimp fishery. Or possibly the other way round.

I'm with Souv on this one. Mercer is one of the few funny things on cbc. He almost (but not quite) makes up for the awfulness of 'Air Farce'.

I can recall crossing the M4 and looking down at the stationary queue of traffic londonbound and thinking 'Thank Christ I am not heading that way!'

Oh definately. In UK one can buy vehicles with things that are generally an anathema to North Americans. You know, stuff like handling and styling! ;)
Arguably used cars are also cheaper in UK too.
