We are in Canada and they pronounce some words differently not wrongly.

Even the movies are crap. We dumped everything except the basic channels and the extra high definition channels. Surprisingly with Shaw (in Calgary at least) you get the basic high definition...

I wont even get into the brick argument it's been done to death.

But you'll find concrete floors very cold unless you put in some method of heating them, either electric elements or hot water...

So you have a poorly built home. That does not mean "all" houses in Canada are built like it.

Our home is 37 years old has the original siding and no rivers when it rains, stays comfortably warm...
