Of course it is. "After Brexit" will only happen, if it ever does, 2 years minimum after Article 50 is triggered (if it ever is, which I gravely doubt).

Your Anmeldung is all you need. You say you've lived in Germany for 5 years? SS should be simple for you. But stop faffing about on the details. Get your documents filed asap.
