I recently had the misfortune of stumbling across this programme on Netflix.

We suffered through three or four episodes before pulling the plug on what must be the worst TV show ever made.

I've just watched that on iPlayer (at my OH's insistence). I thought it started a bit dodgy but finished strong (apart from the tacky bit at the end about the Bronte "museum".

I'm not. It's a poor remake of Downton Abbey (minus the magnificent Maggie) with an ugly splash of Charles Dickens.
