I agree that people should try to be respectful with terms, but sometimes I get the impression that arbitrary rules are just made in order to trip people up, thereby giving the "offended" party...

Not entirely settled, unfortunately, but did buy into a growth area which gives us options. I think you could be right about the few weeks winding down by the beach. Not ready to retire just yet.

The growth up here has outstripped the overall Perth housing market by quite a bit though, and it takes a bit of local knowledge to find those kind of areas.
