Just out of interest how does this breach the directive? From what you've said in your post you average 46.8 hours a week which is less than the 48 hours a week average mandated by the directive.

They weren't really swimming 'far' out, they were being towed behind a boat on a big rope.

They looked a bit like shark bait (especially in Adelaide) :lol:
