Depending on subject the HND is probably worth 40 points - you would need to get a qualifying job offer outside of Auckland in order to earn enough points.

Only if you are an NZ Citizen or Permanent resident and he has lived with you for more than 12 months in a genuine and stable relationship; which you can provide evidence of.
