well the lads have lived here for over 12 years had a buisness visa and 2 5 year visa's they got an appointment with the IHC and were there most of the day yesterday with bundels of paperwork etc etc...

I have just got off the phone from the uk speaking to guys from aldona,
returned to Uk to get a new visa, was told this morning the rule has been changed and from the 5 th of january 3 months visa...

Hi Johnny Five, so if this is the case why are people (lots of) coming in and out on 6 month visa's some as many as 3 times already over the last month!!! thats the confusing bit mind you its all...

so if thats the case stated in the last post 5 and 10 year Tvisa holders have to complete the 2 month stay away period if they leave india?

like everything they make up the rules as they go along, her husband is a goan, and thats the only visa they would give her hence she is now not entitled to reenter for 2 months..

its been my understanding that the rule only applys if you are going to get a new visa..... my friends went to Nepal to renew their visas as they wanted to spend more time in india travelling REFUSED...

she has been rrefused another tourist visa because of the 2 month break !!! that she was told she could only apply for at the moment,
her child is with her in the UK

they wont give her any visa T or X end of story she appiled in the UK for either, and the paperwork for her PIO was cocked up in Goa and she took the paperwork herself to delhi but thats pending........

the visa rule doesnt apply to people that have current visas returning to goa only if you are renewing a visa, thank you for your comments but you have told me all what i already know... goa delayed...

I was just thinking the same thing if we go armed with our papers etc bank statements for our indian accounts, all obtain PAN cards (which ive been told is quite simple as is driving licenses) though...
