Hope you feel better soon.

Although I've had no appetite at all, I haven't been able to exercise either so I have no idea where my weight will be at the end of it all.

I'm only off the diet coz I've got shingles and haven't left the house for over 2 weeks :(

Dieting is the last thing on my mind at the moment as it's very, very painful and I'm on loads of painkillers which make me woozy and sick....

I'm going to continue with the NoCount for this week and see how it goes. If I don't lose anything (or gain :rolleyes: ) by next Wednesday I shall switch to counting points to see if that works for...

I've been doing the NoCount one and followed it to the letter. Even when I've eaten out I've been choosing melon for a starter, grilled steak with salad etc (no dressing) I just don't understand it....

I think it depends on the doctor you see to be honest. This guy did myself, my husband and our 10 year old within half an hour so wasn't exactly thorough but some doctors do boob gropes etc and...
