We sent our extra info with DHL. Bad move - they collected it at lunchtime a week past Wednesday, it arrived at Perth airport last Saturday, but then did not get to our agent until this Wednesday...

I have actually decided that I am going to try NOT to weigh myself each week. It is usually my downfall as I will be really good all week, then I weigh myself, get cheesed off that I am not a stone...
