Still the same, it is a non recordable traffic offense. It is not a criminal conviction. It doesn't matter where the case was heard, traffic matters get heard by local magistrates, as well as...

I agree a run of the mill traffic ticket is not a criminal conviction, A No Trace on the PNC confirms that.
