The move has nothing to do with living expenses - most of hubby's work is now based in the US and plus a majority of our family are settled there. Anyway, we still have a long time to decide.

Yes, you're right, they can apply - does not exclude a naturalised citizen from applying:)

Those are the options we are looking at. Anyway it is still too early, 4-5 years is a long time and who knows what lies ahead:) Right now we are enjoying our life in Australia, will get even better...

Not quitting Aus yet, although I have found living costs to be truly extortionate! Am on holiday now and find most things are hugely over priced, not just 30-40% higher but in some cases over-priced...
