The website does not say appointments are needed, nor does the phone messaging system. So pull your head in - or perhaps you work at Aus Post?

I have just sent mine off.

The Aus Post which opens on Sat (Highpoint) unilaterally declared appointments are necessary for passport apps on a Sat. Nowhere on Aus Post does it say this, nor is...
