Re: Random stuff - the anything else thread

Re: Random stuff - the anything else thread

Re: Random stuff - the anything else thread

I did enjoy the parties during the era of living with the Young American. Food, adverts, half time show. I don't think anyone even knew which teams were playing but that's not the point. Note that...

Re: Random stuff - the anything else thread

Re: Random stuff - the anything else thread

Replace "not true" with "not as simple as all that", then, yes, I know, but, IMO, the vaccine mandates are a sideshow to the protest which is really a generalized wail against the federal government...

Re: Random stuff - the anything else thread

That is very wide of the mark. Firstly, it's not the Canadian government that passes the mandates. In the case of the truck driving related mandates it's the US government and the Provincial...

Re: Random stuff - the anything else thread

Re: Random stuff - the anything else thread

I installed the dishwasher when we renovated the kitchen and ran it for a test. Since then it's sat unused, there in case of wanting to sell the house.

Re: Random stuff - the anything else thread

When I was in Ottawa, a miserable time, Lyse Doucette was the voice of "As It Happens".. Now she's the Chief International Correspondent for the BBC so I hear her every day on the World Service. I...

Re: Random stuff - the anything else thread

Years ago I had a horse called Austin, because he ate the Austin-Healey money. Right now I have a XJ12 in the barn, I think it looks great but, alas, no one else does. "A vehicle of its time",...

Re: Random stuff - the anything else thread
