Oh yes. I see some horrific set ups driving different ways to work. Abandoned cars in the field, barbed wire, horses turned out in nylon halters, vast numbers of horses on a property, some neglected...

That's true. And bonkers. But it's mainly in suburbs.

Horse keeping regulations vary by the county, generally though you need 10 acres before you can have a horse and once you have the 10 acres...
