It's a bit weathery here today. I put on wellies, snow pants and coat and set off to take out the compost. I couldn't find the bin; the snow had drifted burying it completely.

I haven't seen any TV since we moved. In fact, now that I have Radio 1 and NPR in the car I've pretty much escaped the Canadian media. Still, I wouldn't put it beyond Harper to provoke an emergency...
