Well it's now 1 year and 8 months since we moved in, and are still loving the house.

Would you believe though, we are still waiting for jobs to be done! :eek:

Yeah the fencing is nice. I have spoken to one of the tradies this morning, who's mate does the fencing. He's says he'll get the job a bit cheaper for us :cool:

Don't worry everybody, I'm still here and haven't forgotten. :D

I feel that we have definitely saved money, as everything was finished the way we wanted it. Apart from missing a light switch, a couple of electric sockets, and the lack of underlay...

It was part of the package, as it was an off the plan house. Everything was included, like blinds, paintwork, floor coverings. It was totally finished off (well it will be) :D

There were things that weren't finished, and a contract was drawn up and money held, until they were done.

They are only minor things, and so we could move in before Christmas we agreed to let...
