it's an iPad II .. so wouldn't be eligible for that level of support. It's ok all back up and running, and all information restored from iCloud .. so all good!

Thanks for the suggestions all.. they did go and see Waylon, but he just tried charging with his charger and got no where.. In the end it's ok I managed to guide Dad remotely into putting the iPad...

Is there any kind of Apple reseller or engineer in Ayamonte ? Parents having issues with an iPad.. and it's difficult to solve from the UK! .. I'm pretty sure it's a simple issue, but...
