Sorry, I have no idea where to advertise. However, I doubt just advertising will get you anywhere: you will actively need to seek sponsorship, most likely.

And I don't know how to do that other...

You'd have to be a very, VERY, VERY good .NET jockey to get sponsored for an H-1B right now.
