I agree although I used to spend 120 quid a week back in the UK so that isn't too much different to what I spend here. I think what is different for a lot of people is the ratio of salary to spending.

$1500 per month not $150 a week. I spend between $250 and $300 on my normal weekly shop. That isn't accounting the bits and bobs in between although I do stock the freezer up with bread and milk so...

I think he gets a bit more in bonus but it isn't guaranteed. If you are coming on a perm visa then on that salary you will be eligible for centrelink help which will ease the burden a bit. A lot of...

Not a huge amount of PDMS work but there are a couple of companies who use it. My husband is a PDMS Administrator and I know his place is always on the lookout for good designers.

Wow that is good. Some of the Transfield Worley guys aren't on that. A mate of mine has just gone back to Scotland because his salary was a pitiful $73 p/hour.
