PS - I'm currently getting 16.15Mbps download and 800kbps upload on Telecom ADSL so don't believe all the stuff you hear about NZ broadband being rubbish

Yes it will (assuming it works in the UK)
You will need to change a few settings such as your ISP userid and password, and change VPI to 0 and VCI to 100 but after that you should be good to go
