If, as the doc sugggested, you have a very slow metabolism, then all the exercise should make it rise, albeit slowly.

Yes and I have found some ice cream in a tub that is skinny cow too. Not tried it yet though. Did have a ww eclair yesterday, 82 cals and it was gorgeous!!!!!!!

Going to buy porridge next...

I have also managed to lose a pound!!! Somewhat miraculous, short lived though as I have just eaten a pack of jaffa cakes instead of breakfast :o
