Well done on the weight loss of 20lbs, that's just great. two of my friends went to see a hypnotherapist, it worked for one but not the other, I must admit I was disappointed that it hadn't worked...

Well had my weigh in last Thursday and lost 1.5lbs, really wanted to lose 2lbs but I'm happy with that. (that's 11.5lbs in 4 weeks :) )

Don't know about you guys but the temptation at the moment...

I didn't find getting a visa helped at all as we got the visas back in october, what I found did it for me was actually getting a job! I didn't want to start there being large and giving the wrong...

Had my second weigh in tonight......lost another 2.5lbs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! that's 8.5lbs in 2 weeks! :) :) :) really chuffed with myself, just hope I can keep it up and not destroy all the hard work...
