Wonder how you sleep with your head in the sand?

Simple fact - you all think the world owes you a huge windfall when you sell your houses - but now the FTBs aren't playing the game any more....

In a falling market it is better to take a drop and sell - otherwise you might be still unsold in a year and looking at taking 25% less to sell it. I have made this mistake in two previous house...

Currently many building society surveyors have been instructed to value at up to 15% below asking price which is why so many deals are falling through. Many of the lenders are protecting themselves...

I wonder why you think the second agent will reach a larger audience? They will advertise the property in the same property paper, probably stick it on Rightmove and send it to the same mailing list....

No gamble there, very sensible. No way house prices are going up again in the next 5 years. They are way too far out of aligment with wages.
