My house has been on the Market since last September and only now looking like like exchanging contracts. I too had lots of moments in that...

Sure you will be fine, they are chomping at the bit. The estate agent that sold ours and our buyers house always had a bad feeling about the 1st time buyer at the bottom but couldnt put his finger on...

LOL. Glad I am not the only one that hides stuff in the car. Did the same thing a few weeks ago with unpacked cases 2 days after a return from holiday :D

Know how you feel, had our house on since last September and fell through 3 weeks ago, we planned to go to Oz this week :(

Well fingers crossed looks like my house sale is back on again.
As most of you know our last buyers lost their buyers 2 weeks before exchange. Another couple came for their 3rd viewing on Saturday...
