Il stay off the drink for 2 weeks as well. His mum is coming down for a visit in 2 weeks and we will be out eating and drinking then. Il try and stay off until she comes down.

By nothing short of a miracle, my scales say i have lost 1lb. I think its a fluke and im not jumping back on the scales to re check it. 8 weeks to lose a stone, need to get my arse in gear :scared:
