I have seen that prices are slightly cheaper now on the Costa Blanca but I wouldn't buy there as the crime rate is on the up and up,I assume this is why so many people are trying to sell up there.

I live just outside Madrid and I can´t see who has money to buy here now.Everyone I know is completely out of loop.There must be a lot more rich than poor people here.
