If you're in Chicagoland then Spencer's Jolly Posh is a pretty good source for UK stuff.

They're located on Southport & Irving

PleasantHouse doesn't look much on the outside but it's friendly enough inside :)

For any of those in the Chicagoland area there's a tiny cafe near to 31st & Halstead called Pleasanthouse Bakery

They do excellent Stake & Ale pies, Pork Pies and Scotch eggs.
