Immigration is federal - it doesn't matter where in the US you're headed.



You can freely travel, but you can work only for your visa sponsor.

Would you please STOP capitalizing the word: visa. It is not a proper noun and it is not an acronym. And yes, it does make a difference because VISA is a registered trademark for a credit card...

You have multiple convictions - 2 as a minor and 3 as an adult. Your comment "yes I was a very stupid kid" is nothing more than an attempt to minimize the issue. You were an adult at 18... not a kid....
