It doesn't really matter. Eventually you're going to have to print them, but whether or not you complete them online is up to you. The forms must be sent in the post to the US.

Yes! All US citizens are obligated, by law, to file a US tax return annually if they are above the IRS threshold for filing (see www.irs.gov). The penalty for not filing is a percentage of the tax...
