You are exactly the kind of customer we would be targeting. For example there are at least 20 Chinese restaurants and takeaways within a 7 mile radius where my Wife cooks, but none of them...

No, I refer to my Wife's place of employment being a goldmine, not ours. If we had a business like that in the UK we wouldn't consider moving.
