yes my mum has sent me the original birth certificate from England as we don’t want to confuse anything.
Parents were married at the time but my dad also...

So my ACRO came through and I applied for a copy of my birth certificate however there seems to be a difference in it.
My original birth certificate gives my normal surname as I was registered in...
