Thank you Natasha. All the requirements are met... I know what you mean about force marriage ... my best friend was forced into a marriage went abroad, got married, she didn’t know him at all ... ...

It’s been 6 months for me waiting, I contacted the UK visa no decision has been made. ( paid 17 pounds for a 3 min call) My solicitor told me to go to the MP.
MP’s caseworker will contact the UK...

It’s been 24 weeks and waiting for a decision from the home office - spouse visa husband is in India .... can it take up to 9 months for a decision ? :( ....
