Try a different device also...
For me my android phone and laptop using chrome translates perfect everytime.
On my ipad using chrome it translates 20% of the time
On ipad using safari it never...

If you scroll up to the replies immediately before yours where this is pointed out by several of us.
The rule has changed but hadn't necessarily been fully understood by the airport officials yet.

To be honest I was hesitant about putting that info but a friend actually arrived this morning was specifically told by a portuguese border offial that it still stood.

Direct flights to/from UK have resumed today.
Flights to most Portugal airports are resuming in the next few...
